MDI incorporated as a Professional Corporation in January of 1991 as a result of the merger of two physician organizations, South Bay Medical Group and Good Samaritan Physician Association. The company has continued to grow, expand it's geographic boundaries and now it provides administrative services for the largest organized group of physicians in Santa Clara county for their non risk managed care contracts.

Medical Dimensions Incorporated (“MDI”) is the largest, non-capitated multi-specialty Independent Physician Association in Santa Clara County. MDI provides managed care contracting services for PPO, HMO, EPO, POS and Worker's Compensation products. MDI offers comprehensive credentialing verification services for its physicians to its contracted insurance companies, networks and health plans.
